MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING

Students prefer Mechatronics Engineering because it offers an interdisciplinary approach, combining mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering. It provides hands-on learning with cutting-edge technologies like robotics and automation, aligning with growing industry demand. The field offers diverse career opportunities across industries such as manufacturing and aerospace. Its focus on innovation and problem-solving attracts students interested in developing smart systems.

The Department of Mechatronics Engineering was established in the year of 2012. The department offers Mechatronics Engineering as a four-year B.E. program with the intake of 60. The faculty and staff of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering are youthful, vibrant, and highly qualified. All of the laboratories are outfitted with cutting-edge equipment. The department is continually growing in terms of academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, projects, consultancy work, and placements. A large number of our students participate in creating solutions for current industry issues.

  • We provide students with a comprehensive education in mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering, preparing them for interdisciplinary work.
  • It offers hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world projects to enhance practical skills. The department often collaborates with industries to provide internships, research opportunities, and exposure to current technologies.
  • Additionally, it fosters innovation through robotics, automation, and control systems, encouraging creative problem-solving.
  • Career guidance, networking, and skill development programs help students secure jobs in various industries, from manufacturing to AI and robotics.
